Using Teamfold

Effective 2026-10-29

Terms for using the Teamfold website and service.

These terms

Teamfold is operated by SYNO LABS LLP. These terms apply to the Teamfold website and service. If an organisation has a separate agreement with Teamfold, that agreement applies to its use of the service to the extent it differs from these terms. Contact us at contact@teamfold.ai.

Who can use Teamfold

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age or parental-authorization requirement that applies where you live. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms yourself, a parent or guardian must authorize your use where that is permitted. Admission of minors requiring parental authorization must await an appropriate authorization process.

There are no product-specific country exclusions. Availability remains subject to applicable law, provider restrictions and invitation capacity. During the private beta, approved network access may also be required.

Access by invitation

Teamfold currently admits new accounts through invitations. Sign-in through an external identity provider verifies your identity; it does not replace the invitation requirement. If an invitation is absent or unavailable, your email is recorded in the waitlist only after the request is confirmed.

Waitlisting is not a promise of admission, priority or a particular launch date. Invitations are subject to availability and the product’s admission rules. Do not sell invitations, bypass admission controls or misrepresent your identity.

Accounts and shared workspaces

Keep your sign-in methods and devices secure. Use only an account and workspace you are authorised to use. Connecting another sign-in method requires proof of access to your existing Teamfold account. An organisation may apply its own rules to its accounts and workspaces.

An organisation is responsible for managing its authorised users and their access. Depending on the features available and the organisation’s settings, authorised users and administrators may be able to access information in the workspace.

Tell Teamfold through the support channel if you believe your account is compromised. Do not include a password or authentication code in the report.

Your content and instructions

You retain the rights you have in content you provide. You and your organisation must have the authority to submit content and connect services, and must provide any notices and obtain any permissions required by applicable law. This includes information about customers, prospects and employees, voice recordings, photographs and documents.

You permit Teamfold to process, store and transmit content as needed to provide the features you or your organisation choose, maintain security and address support requests, subject to the privacy notice and any applicable agreement. The privacy notice describes the boundaries for product improvement and model training.

Review important results and requested actions. AI output, including transcripts, extracted information, summaries and suggestions, can be inaccurate or incomplete. It is not a substitute for qualified advice or independent checks when the consequences matter. A task’s visible completion status is not a guarantee about an external system’s final outcome.

Connected services and actions

Connecting a service is separate from using an external identity provider to sign in. Connected services may have their own terms, costs and limits. Authorize only actions and data access you intend Teamfold to have. Available permissions and approval controls remain part of the product’s operation.

Do not use Teamfold to access another person’s account without permission, violate applicable law, distribute harmful software, harass people, or interfere with service security. Do not attempt to circumvent account, invitation or usage restrictions.

Beta availability and changes

Teamfold is in private beta. Features can change and the service may be interrupted. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose. These statements do not exclude rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

This notice does not create a subscription, automatic charge or service-level guarantee. Any future paid offering will identify its price and applicable terms before purchase. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security or legal requirements. These terms do not exclude rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Leaving and managing your information

You can stop using Teamfold and sign out. To request account deletion, email contact@teamfold.ai. We handle requests manually under the verification, 30-day period and limited retention exceptions in the privacy notice. Signing out or revoking provider authorization alone is not an account-deletion request. Nothing in these terms exempts identifiable derived data from applicable privacy rights.

Your rights and changes to these terms

Applicable mandatory law governs your rights. These terms do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived and contain no arbitration requirement or monetary liability cap. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date and communicated through the product or your contact email as appropriate.
