Teamfold for lenders and NBFCs

Your field team speaks to borrowers every week, in many languages. Teamfold keeps each conversation as a record that belongs to your organisation, so a new officer starts with the history instead of a blank page.

A familiar problem.

  1. A borrower is asked the same questions again.

  2. A promise made on a visit leaves with the officer who made it.

  3. A transfer or a resignation resets the relationship.

What changes.

  1. Today

Notes live in a personal phone or notebook.

    With Teamfold

Every conversation is saved to the borrower's record in your organisation.

  2. Today

The next officer asks again what was agreed.

    With Teamfold

The next officer opens the borrower and sees what was asked and what was promised.

  3. Today

The borrower speaks a language the officer does not.

    With Teamfold

The conversation happens in the borrower's own language, and each side is shown in its own script.

What the next rep sees.

The record opens with the last visit, what was asked, what was promised and what to do next.

Questions

Who owns the records?
Your organisation. A record belongs to the borrower's file in your organisation, not to the officer who made the visit.
What happens when an officer leaves?
The officer's access ends. The borrower's history stays, and the next officer can open it.
Is this a call-centre bot?
No. The officer is in the room with the borrower. Teamfold helps them understand each other and keeps what was said.
